Данный обзор обобщает современные данные (2018-2024 гг.) по воспалительным заболеваниям органов малого таза (ВЗОМТ) у женщин репродуктивного возраста. Основные возбудители –Chlamydia trachomatis(20-40%),Neisseria gonorrhoeae(10-20%) иMycoplasma genitalium(до 25%). Диагностика основана на клинических критериях (CDC), NAAT-тестах и УЗИ. Эмпирическое лечение включает цефтриаксон, доксициклин ± метронидазол, но осложняется ростом резистентности  Отдаленные последствия тяжелы: бесплодие (до 40% после 3 эпизодов), внематочная беременность (риск ↑в 6-10 раз), хроническая тазовая боль (15-30%). Ключевые меры профилактики –скрининг на ИППП и лечение партнеров. Ранняя диагностика и адекватная терапия критически важны для сохранения репродуктивного здоровья
