In the modern era, digital technologies play a crucial role in the sustainable development of industrial enterprises. The rapid evolution of Industry 4.0, characterized by artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and automation, has transformed traditional business models. Through a comprehensive review of literature, case studies, and empirical analysis, this study identifies key opportunities and challenges associated with digital transformation. The findings suggest that while digital technologies significantly enhance productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness, they also introduce risks such as cybersecurity threats, high initial investment costs, and the need for workforce reskilling.
The research contributes to the ongoing discourse on how industrial enterprises can develop strategic roadmaps for digital integration, balancing economic growth with technological advancement. The study highlights best practices in digital transformation, offering practical recommendations for businesses aiming to maximize the benefits of digital tools while mitigating potential drawbacks.
