Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda xizmat ko‘rsatish sohalarini raqamlashtirish jarayonlari, ularning samaradorlikka ta’siri va korrupsiyani kamaytirishdagi roli tahlil qilingan. Raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish orqali byurokratik to‘siqlarni kamaytirish, xizmat sifati va tezkorligini oshirish, shuningdek, ochiqlik va shaffoflikni ta’minlash orqali korrupsiya xavfini minimallashtirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Mamlakatda so‘nggi yillarda amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar, elektron hukumat tizimi, onlayn xizmatlar va “aqlli” yechimlar misolida tahliliy yondashuv asosida tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.

В данной статье проанализированы процессы цифровизации сфер обслуживания в Узбекистане, их влияние на эффективность и роль в снижении уровня коррупции. Рассмотрены возможности минимизации коррупционных рисков за счёт внедрения цифровых технологий, что способствует сокращению бюрократических барьеров, повышению качества и оперативности предоставляемых услуг, а также обеспечению открытости и прозрачности. Исследованы реализуемые в последние годы реформы в стране, функционирование системы электронного правительства, онлайн сервисов и “умных” решений, на основе чего разработаны аналитические рекомендации. Также даны приоритетные направления по совершенствованию национальной модели с учетом зарубежного опыта.
This article analyzes the processes of digitalization in the service sectors of Uzbekistan, their impact on efficiency, and their role in reducing corruption. The study explores the potential for minimizing corruption risks through the implementation of digital technologies, which help reduce bureaucratic barriers, improve the quality and speed of service delivery, and ensure openness and transparency. Recent reforms in the country, including the development of e government systems, online services, and smart solutions, are examined, and analytical recommendations are provided. The article also outlines key priority areas for enhancing the national model based on international experience.
