Hozirgi zamon iqtisodiyoti ayniqsa raqamlashtirish kuchaygan sharoitida aholi bandligi, mehnat bozorning holatini tadqiq etish, uning kelajagi haqida fikr yuritish dolzarb ahamiyat kasb etadi. Shundan kelib chiqqan xolda, ushbu tadqiqotimizning bosh maqsadi sifatida raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida mehnat bozorini shakllantirish masalalari oʻrganish va tadqiq etishni belgilab oldik. Maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish sharoitida mehnat bozorida yuzaga keladigan asosiy muammolar va ularning yechimlari boʻyicha muallif qarashlari taqdim etildi. Shuningdek muallif tomonidan raqamli iqtisodiyotning mehnat bozoriga taʼsiri tahlil qilinib, uning yangi xususiyatlar ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot yakunida muammolarni hal qilishga qaratilgan chora-tadbirlar taklif etildi.
