Mazkur maqolada Markaziy Osiyo mintaqasidagi talabalar mobiliteti va turizm oqimlarining rivojlanishi Yevropa Ittifoqi tajribasi asosida kompleks tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda talabalar oqimining iqtisodiy ta’siri empirik tahlil asosida baholanib, “talaba-turist” sinergiyasining uzoq muddatli iqtisodiy samaradorligi aniqlab berildi. Mazkur natijalarga asoslanib, Markaziy Osiyo davlatlari uchun “Ipak yo‘li talabalar harakatchanligi dasturi (IYTHD)” nomli yangi integratsion model taklifi ilgari surildi. Model raqamli platforma, integratsion tarmoq va moliyaviy mexanizmlarni birlashtirib, talabalar mobiliteti uchun yagona hududiy ekotizimni shakllantirishga qaratilgan. В статье представлен комплексный анализ студенческой мобильности и туристических потоков в странах Центральной Азии с учетом опыта Европейского Союза. Экономическое воздействие студенческих потоков оценивается с помощью эмпирического анализа, который подтверждает долгосрочную экономическую эффективность синергии «студент-турист». На основе полученных результатов предлагается новая интеграционная концепция для стран Центральной Азии – Silk Road Student Mobility Program. Данная модель объединяет цифровую платформу, интеграционную сеть и финансовые инструменты для формирования единой региональной экосистемы студенческой мобильности. В статье предложены научно обоснованные и практические рекомендации, направленные на увеличение экономического вклада студенческого туризма и углубление региональной интеграции в Центральной Азии.
This article presents a comprehensive analysis of student mobility and tourism flows in Central Asia, drawing on the experience of the European Union. The economic impact of student flows is assessed through empirical analysis, which confirms the long-term economic efficiency of the “student-tourist” synergy. Based on these findings, the study proposes a new integrative framework for the Central Asian states—the Silk Road Student Mobility Program. The model merges a digital platform, an integration network and financial instruments to create a unified regional ecosystem for student mobility. The paper offers science-based, practical recommendations aimed at boosting the economic contribution of student tourism and deepening regional integration across Central Asia.
