An approach has been proposed for in-depth study of the process of complex formation of polypeptides obtained by hydrolysis of the silkworm with metal ions, in particular, calcium, magnesium and zinc ions, with the aim of creating new drugs for correcting the balance of microelements in a living organism and treating specific diseases (micro elementoses). For a comprehensive study of the complex formation of the obtained systems, such methods of studying polymers as potentiometric titration, IR spectroscopy, and plasma mass spectrometry are involved
