Bu maqolada zamonaviy jurnalistikadagi kraudsorsing va konvergent jurnalistika mavzulari chuqur o‘rganilgan bo‘lib, kontent yaratishda auditoriya ishtirokining o‘rni nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Xususan, auditoriyani yangilik yaratuvchisiga aylantirish imkonini beruvchi kraudsorsing modeli va turli axborot platformalarining uyg‘unlashuvi asosida shakllanuvchi konvergent jurnalistika tendensiyalari muhokama qilingan. Maqolada The Guardian (Guardian Witness) va CNN (iReport) singari yetakchi xorijiy ommaviy axborot vositalarining auditoriyaviy kontentdan foydalanish amaliyoti tahlil qilindi. Mahalliy tajriba nuqtayi nazaridan esa O‘zbekiston onlayn OAVda ijtimoiy tarmoqlar va foydalanuvchi yuborgan kontentdan foydalanish darajasi baholandi. Tadqiqotda qiyosiy tahlil, diskursiv yondashuv va kontent tahlil metodlari asosida auditoriya ishtirokining axborot sifati, haqqoniyligi va qamroviga ta’siri aniqlangan. Shuningdek, foydalanuvchi kontenti bilan ishlashda jurnalistik standartlar, axloqiy mezonlar va huquqiy jihatlar bilan bog‘liq muammolar yoritilgan. Maqola yakunida O‘zbekiston OAV uchun kraudsorsing modelini joriy etish yuzasidan amaliy tavsiyalar hamda kelgusidagi ilmiy-tadqiqot yo‘nalishlari taklif etilgan. Bu tadqiqot yangi media muhiti, fuqarolik jurnalistikasi, ishtirokchi madaniyati va raqamli transformatsiya bilan bog‘liq dolzarb masalalarni yoritib, jurnalistika sohasidagi innovatsion yondashuvlar bo‘yicha nazariy va amaliy asoslar beradi.

This article explores the phenomena of crowdsourcing and convergent journalism as critical developments in contemporary media, with a specific focus on the role of audience participation in content creation. The study examines how media organizations integrate user-generated content into journalistic workflows, using The Guardian’s “Guardian Witness” and CNN’s “iReport” as key international case studies. These platforms enabled citizens to act as contributors to the news production process, especially during breaking news and crisis coverage. Additionally, the article assesses the current state of audience engagement in Uzbek online media, where user contributions are generally limited to social media feedback, informal submissions, or indirect integration into news narratives. Using comparative analysis, discourse analysis, and content analysis, the research evaluates how audience participation influences journalistic content in terms of accuracy, credibility, responsiveness, and diversity. The study also highlights potential risks, including misinformation, lack of editorial oversight, and legal or ethical concerns surrounding user content. Based on the findings, the article proposes practical recommendations for introducing structured crowdsourcing mechanisms in Uzbek media, such as moderated platforms, contributor incentives, and regulatory frameworks. The study concludes that strategic audience participation enhances transparency, fosters community engagement, and promotes participatory journalism as part of the broader media convergence process. These findings contribute both theoretical insight and practical guidelines for developing innovative approaches in journalism education and newsroom practice in the digital age.

В статье рассматриваются явления краудсорсинга и конвергентной журналистики как ключевые процессы современной медиасреды. Теоретически и практически анализируется участие аудитории в создании новостного контента. Особое внимание уделяется международному опыту применения пользовательского контента в редакционной практике на примере проектов Guardian Witness (The Guardian) и iReport (CNN). Параллельно изучается практика онлайн-СМИ Узбекистана, где вовлечение аудитории ограничивается, как правило, публикацией сообщений и медиафайлов через социальные сети. В исследовании применяются методы сравнительного анализа, дискурсивного и контентного подходов, что позволяет выявить влияние участия аудитории на качество, оперативность и достоверность журналистских материалов. Кроме того, рассматриваются риски и вызовы, связанные с применением пользовательского контента, включая этические, юридические и организационные аспекты. В заключении представлены практические рекомендации по внедрению краудсорсинговых платформ в узбекские СМИ, а также очерчены перспективные направления дальнейших исследований. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что активное вовлечение аудитории в процесс создания информации способствует демократизации медиаполя и развитию новой журналистики, основанной на взаимодействии, прозрачности и открытости.
