Chelidonium majus L. dan ajratilgan endofitik zamburug’lar bir qator fitopatogenlarga qarshi antagonistik
faollikka ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Rhizopus stolonifer FK23 shtammi Fusarium oxysporum va Alternaria alternata, Plectosphaerella
cucumerina FK14 esa Verticillium dahliae o’sishini samarali ravishda ingibirladi. Natijalar endofitlarning o’simliklarni
himoya qilishning biologik agentlari sifatida potentsialini qo’llab-quvvatlaydi.

Установлено, что эндофитные грибы, выделенные из Chelidonium majus L., обладают антагонистической
активностью в отношении ряда фитопатогенов. Штамм Rhizopus stolonifer FK23 эффективно ингибировал рост
Fusarium oxysporum и Alternaria alternata, а Plectosphaerella cucumerina FK14 Verticillium dahliae. Результаты
подтверждают потенциал эндофитов как биологических агентов защиты растений.
It has been established that endophytic fungi isolated from Chelidonium majus L. have antagonistic activity against
a number of phytopathogens. Rhizopus stolonifer strain FK23 effectively inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum and Alternaria
alternata, and Plectosphaerella cucumerina FK14 Verticillium dahliae. The results confirm the potential of endophytes
as biological agents of plant protection.
