ko‘rib chiqilgan. Bt-gʻoʻzaning biologik xususiyatlari, asosiy zararli hasharotlarga nisbatan chidamlilik mexanizmlari,
shuningdek, hosildorlikni oshirish va ekinlarning ekologik barqarorligini ta’minlaydigan asosiy agrotexnik usullar yoritilgan.
Olingan ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra transgen navlardan foydalanishning zararkunandalarga qarshi kurashdagi samaradorligi,
atrof-muhitga kimyoviy zararni kamaytirishdagi roli hamda ularning O‘zbekistonda keng miqyosda qo‘llanishining iqtisodiy
maqsadga muvofiqligi tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, dala tajribalari natijalari asosida ilg‘or ilmiy yondashuvlar umumlashtirilib,
mamlakat paxtachiligiga innovatsion biotexnologiyalarni moslashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan. Tahlillar hamda xalqaro
misollar (Xitoy, Hindiston, AQSh) asosida Bt‑texnologiyaning global va respublikamiz sharoitida ijobiy, shu bilan birga, ehtiyot
choralarini ham birgalikda qo‘llanishi zarurligi qayd etilgan.

В данной статье рассматриваются перспективы внедрения агротехнологий возделывания генетически
модифицированных сортов хлопковой совки (Helicoverpa armigera) на основе Бт-технологии в агроклиматических
условиях Узбекистана. Освещены биологические свойства Бт-хлопчатника, механизмы устойчивости к основным
вредным насекомым, а также основные агротехнические приемы, обеспечивающие повышение урожайности и
экологической устойчивости посевов. По полученным данным проанализирована эффективность использования
трансгенных сортов в борьбе с вредителями, их роль в снижении химического ущерба окружающей среде и
экономическая целесообразность их широкого использования в Узбекистане. Также по результатам полевых опытов
обобщены передовые научные подходы и даны рекомендатции по адаптатции инновaционных биотехнологий к
хлопководству страны. На основе анализа и международных примеров (Китай, Индия, США) отмечены положительные
стороны Бт-технологии в мировых и отечественных условиях, а также необходимость комплексного применения
мер предосторожности.
This article considers the prospects for the introduction of agrotechnologies for the cultivation of genetically
modified varieties of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) based on Bt technology in the agroclimatic conditions of Uzbekistan.
The biological properties of Bt cotton, mechanisms of resistance to the main harmful insects, as well as the main
agrotechnical methods that ensure increased productivity and ecological stability of crops are discussed. According to the
data obtained, the effectiveness of the use of transgenic varieties in pest control, their role in reducing chemical damage to
the environment, and the economic feasibility of their widespread use in Uzbekistan are analyzed. Also, based on the results
of field experiments, advanced scientific approaches are summarized and recommendations are given on the adaptation of
innovative biotechnologies to the country’s cotton production. Based on the analysis and international examples (China, India,
USA), the positive aspects of Bt technology in the global and domestic conditions, as well as the need for combined use
of precautionary measures, are noted.
