tahlil qilingan. Xususan, harorat, nisbiy namlik, etilen gazi ta’siri, ventilyatsiya va mikroorganizmlar bilan zararlanish kabi
omillarning limon sifat ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri yoritilgan. Mahsulotni to‘g‘ri saqlash orqali vazn yo‘qotilishi, C vitamini
parchalanishi va chirish xavfini kamaytirish imkoniyati isbotlangan.

В статье проанализированы агробиологические и технологические факторы, играющие важную роль
в хранении плодов лимона. Особое внимание уделено температуре, относительной влажности, воздействию этилена,
вентиляции и заражению микроорганизмами. Показано, что правильные условия хранения способствуют снижению
потерь массы, разрушения витамина C и риска гниения.
This article analyzes key agrobiological and technological factors affecting the storage of lemon fruits. It discusses
the influence of temperature, relative humidity, ethylene exposure, ventilation, and microbial contamination on the quality
parameters of lemons. The study confirms that optimal storage conditions can significantly reduce weight loss, vitamin C
degradation, and decay risk.
